This website is a static business presentation for B2B clients. It has no user accounts and uses no advertising networks, analytics or tracking tools. Personal data is processed only when you visit the pages (technical access data) or when you contact us.

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

When you access the site, the web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser type. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the website). The hosting provider stores the IP addresses of visitors in server log files for a maximum of seven days to detect and defend against attacks.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media plug-ins. Because no information is stored on or read from your device beyond what is technically necessary, no cookie consent banner is required (§ 25 TDDDG).

The footer contains a plain link to our LinkedIn profile. No social-media plug-ins are embedded, so no data is transferred to LinkedIn until you click the link. After that, LinkedIn's privacy policy applies.

Requests sent through the contact form are processed by the form service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) as a processor and forwarded to us by email. The data transmitted is your name, email address, message and the technical connection data needed to deliver it.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiries) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (handling business requests). Formspree, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR under a valid data processing agreement.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the content of your message to answer your request.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient business communication).

Data is passed on only to service providers needed to run this website and handle enquiries: our hosting provider (STRATO GmbH), our form service (Formspree), and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and no contract results from them, unless statutory retention periods under commercial or tax law require longer storage. Server log files are deleted as stated in section 3.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).

Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address above.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

This website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place (Art. 22 GDPR).

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Liability in this respect only arises from the moment we become aware of a specific legal violation; once we do, we will remove the relevant content promptly.

Should this website link to external websites, we have no influence on their content, and the respective provider or operator is always responsible for linked pages.
